SHIPPING COSTS
PUGIL delivers in Spain and Europe, excluding some areas.
Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; the recipient will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the goods.
The consignee is responsible for all import charges and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether the goods are delivered to him or not.
We will try to send the order in the shortest time possible, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the destination country for the import of the items requested, as PUGIL has no responsibility for them. Neither shall PUGIL be responsible for the effects produced by strikes, war or other circumstances beyond its control.
PUGIL will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if the local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
TYPES OF SHIPMENTS

• Free shipping on orders over 100 euros: Whenever delivery is requested in mainland Spain, and the order exceeds 100 euros, shipping costs will not be charged. It will be sent at the "Standard" rate.
- The following products are not included in the free shipping promotion in mainland Spain:

• Standard" delivery:
◦ 2 delivery attempts available and stay at the Post Office for 14 days. Shipments to Portugal are only delivered to your home.

◦ Shipments will be delivered to the Recipient's address, although it is not necessary to deliver it personally to the Designated Recipient

• Delivery "Pemium":
◦ Personalised service, allowing the recipient to decide when and where to receive their order.
◦ 2 delivery attempts available and stay at the Post Office for 14 days. Shipments to Portugal are only delivered to your home.

◦ Shipments will be delivered to the Recipient's address, although it is not necessary to deliver it personally to the Designated Recipient

• Express 24H" delivery:
◦ Guaranteed next business day delivery for all domestic peninsular shipments (from the time of shipment, not from the time of purchase)
◦ 2 delivery attempts
◦ LID (Immediate Location of Recipient).

◦ Delivery confirmation
◦ POD (Proof of Delivery)
• Collection point:
◦ Delivery at the Post Office (15 calendar days at the disposal of the addressee) or CityPaq (5 calendar days and then 10 calendar days at a Post Office at the disposal of the addressee)

• International Shipping:
◦ International shipments up to 2kg

ORDER DELIVERY
Once the Shipment Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within approximately one to seven (1-7) working days from the time it leaves the PUGIL warehouse.
PUGIL does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inexact or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.
The delivery times are approximate, although PUGIL tries to comply with them.
